The problem is that Access doesn't allow a subform to be embedded on a Continuous Form. The following is one solution.
Have an unbound Main form with two subforms. The first subform has the Continuous Parent Subform and the second has the Continuous Child Subform. You synchronize the forms in the On Current event of the Continuous Parent Subform by issuing a Requery for the Continuous Child Subform. Download
