This sample db deals with raw data where each record shows a PrevPipe connected to the NextPipe through a Joint. There are different installation groups, each containing a number of pipe sets with joint in-between as mentioned. Goal: Re-arrange the records in such a manner that for each installation group, the pipes are in sequence, i.e. NextPipe in one record is the PrevPipe in next record. For each sequence set pertaining to a given Instal Group, the very first pipe at left of joint and the very last pipe at right of joint are highlighted in special colors. For testing the sample, try to put the raw data in most severely disorganized manner and then click the command button captioned "<< Update Pipe Sequence >>". The subform at right will now display the pipe sets re-arranged in correct sequence. In the report also, very first pipe (left of joint) & very last pipe (right of joint) in the sequence set for each Instal Group have been highlighted in distinct colors. Versions - Access 2000 File Format (Developed on Access 2003. Also tested on Access XP & 2K)
