   This database automatically imports Microsoft Internet Explorer Favorites
file (exported as Bookmark.htm) into an Access 2000 database.  During
import, it also creates 'Reference Categories' of each of the sub-folders 
in the Bookmark.htm file and then allows display of Favorites from a specific
Reference Category.  On successive imports, it checks for duplkate entries
and offers the user the option of accepting or rejecting them.
