This sample db demonstrates data entry in crosstab format while the original 
records are stored in a normal manner. 

Interaction between data entry form and the main data table  involves reverse 
crosstab approach so as to update the original records.

Important details are explained in the accompanying Readme file.

The sample is in Access 2000 file format developed on Access XP installation.
