This sample db demonstrates management of chart objects on forms and reports. 
Display of Excel chart on Access form based upon Access data, is also covered.

Examples covered pertain to the readings of Blood Pressure and Pulse for patients. 
Each individual spell of stay in the hospital is identified by unique InPatient_ID.

Important tips for handling the chart object are also included.
