1) This sample db tracks following types of events -
        (a) Recurring (Birthdays, Marriage Anniversaries etc)
        (b) Others -
            (i) Scheduled Appointments/Court Cases etc
            (ii) Periodical Project Reviews Etc
2) Whenever the database is opened, there is an automatic pop up display if
any event happens to fall in the Alarm Zone. Criteria for inclusion in Alarm
        Zone is as follows -
        (a) For recurring type - From one day before current date, upto a week ahead.
        (b) Others (only where the check box for RemStatus has been selected)- All
due dates already crossed as well as those falling within a week ahead of
current date. In case of scheduled appointments, if any advance notice (in
days) has been specified, the due date is computed accordingly. For
periodical reviews, if any reminder interval (in days) has been specified, the
next due date (which may fall on or after the current date) is calculated
            accordingly.
Note - Email messages can be sent to the persons concerned by double
clicking the Email Address. Provision has been made for multiple
profiles, covering different persons to whom various tasks pertain.

3) If no event happens to fall in the alarm zone, the user is taken directly to the
main switchboard (without any pop up alarm). At any stage, the present status
of events can be viewed by clicking the appropriate command button.

4) The sample is in Access 2000 File Format - developed on Access XP installation.
References - Visual Basic For Applications, Microsoft Access 9.0 Object Library,
ADO 2.1

Imp - In due course, sample data for other than recurring events would tend to get
obsolete. For the sake of demonstration, on each opening of db, table
T_EventsOthers gets populated via action queries in open event of form F_Check.
(For regular use, this part of code should be disabled).
