This db demonstrates Consolidation of comments pertaining to different records 
and their display at the end of report.

Such an arrangement can be quite convenient where only some of the records 
carry comments and / or adequate width is not available to display full contents of 
comments in the assigned column in main part of the report.

Cross reference is provided via serial numbers assigned to each comment.

Subreport placed in report footer is used for this purpose.
