This sample db demonstrates merging of two reports so that the combined 
report prints the records from each original report alternately in continuation (in an 
interleaved manner).

Two styles for the merged report are shown -
            (a) Style 01 - Two records per page (one record from each report).
            (b) Style 02 - One record per page (First record of first report on page 1, first
                 record of second report on page 2, and so on).
