This sample db demonstrates display of cumulative totals on each page and is
pertinent to long Detail sections. Following alternatives are covered.
    (a) Total displayed in detail section itself (at the end of last detail) - Style - 1 (uses
         NextRecord property of report and visible property of controls in print event of
         detail section).
    (b)Total displayed in detail section itself (at the end of last detail) - Style - 2 (uses
        visible property of controls in format event of detail section). - This is simpler
        than (a).
    (c) Total displayed in page footer - This is the simplest, with minimal Code.
