Query_MonitorAnnualEvents  (Updated: 11-Jan-2010)
Explanatory Notes:
This db demonstrates tracking of annual events like birthdays, marriage anniversaries etc
    Events Alert:
Clicking first command button on main switchboard displays such of the events as are due within next 10 days or are already overdue by upto 3 days.
Events Status At A Glance (All Events):
Clicking 2nd command button on main switchboard displays all events at a glance. Dynamic sort order is applied in two alternative styles as per user preference:
    (a) Starting 3 days before today.
    (b) Starting with previous month. The month previous to current one is placed at top. For example, if current month is September, the one at top will be August, while the last one will be July.
(In alternative (b), although first record starts at beginning of last month, it is ensured that if there are any events due within next 10 days or already overdue by upto 3 days, these get positioned at top in the available display window. If no event is currently due / overdue, records for the current month get positioned at top in the available display window).

Distinct color highlights are provided as follows:
    (a) Overdue by upto 3 days - Pink.
    (b) Falling due on current date - Ochre.
    (c) Due within next 10 days - Light Blue.

Note: Functions Fn_DaysAhead() & Fn_DaysPast() are used to detect whether an event is imminent or overdue as on current date. Functions Fn_DtRank() and Fn_MonthRank() are used for enforcing dynamic sort order as per style (a) or (b) above.
