Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me please ?

I have an Acess DB that works fine, and I run off reports daily and weekly for different people.

However, I would to e-mail the individuals the reports instead of printing it out and passing it to them.

What is the easiest / best way to do this ?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks

Jonny.

In the Access 97 Library is a small sample database called "EmailingSpecificReports.msb" which may work for you.  I have not included it in the Access 2000 Library because people have reported problems with it in that version.  However, it has worked for me in Access 2000.

If you want to try something else, follow this link:

It show how to do something similar by automating Outlook.  This is in fact a much more flexible solution.
