Here is my question; each scanned image (.Tif file) can have multiple
However, each record on my database is linked to only one image
file. (That can have multiple pages).
By default, the report will only print page 1 of the image and
doesn't print page 2-3

I would very appreciate any idea on how to save images so I can
include all pages on the report.

Is there any special ActiveX I have to include?
What is the best file format to use?

It sounds like the image is too large for the report page.
You can reduce to image size to fit.
You can also change the print out to landscape.

But, if the image is too large to fit on page 1, it should span over to page 2. By clicking the navigation bar at the bottom of the report (to go to page 2), you should be able to see the rest of the image.
