The default Toolbars in Access are very useful. However depending on your program you may elect to remove these toolbars for need of realestate or to give your program a more polished look to remove any of the toolbars, add the following code snippets to your load event in the target form:

DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Menu Bar", acToolbarNo
DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Database", acToolbarNo
DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Form View", acToolbarNo
DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Print Preview", acToolbarNo
