How can you tell what level of knowledge a particular developer has?  All of the developers listed here are members of the Access-L email discussion group.  If you are a member as well, you can go to the archives and search on the developers email address.  Then you can evaluate them by the quality of their List postings.  Here's how:

1) You must subscribe to the list

2) Go to the List Archives:
      http://peach.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?S1=access-l&X=-

3) Put the developer's email address in the Author's Address box.  
    You also might want to limit the posts to the last six months.
