2) Your email address for the mailto.  This should be the one you use for the Access-L list.  You can post another in the description field below if you want.
3) A short description of yourself, what you do, where you want to do it, etc.  The description is limited to 255 characters, so be succinct!  If the description is longer, I will not place the Ad.
